Fees and Payment
We will charge you for the Goods you purchase through the Services. Goods will be shipped to the address you designate during the check-out process.
Prices. The price for goods available for purchase through the Services (“Goods”) will be displayed to you on the Services. The prices displayed include taxes.
Payments. The Services currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
All monetary transactions on the Services take place in Euros.
Refunds and Returns;
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry. Only items that were delivered genuinely faulty will be accepted for a return, exchange and refund, which will first be evaluated and approved by Babancu
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 168, ST. Lucia Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT1186.
Shipping. When you place an order for Goods (fashion accessories, home accessories or chocolates) through the Services, the Goods will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process. Two (2) business day shipping is included for shipments within Europe and 3 – 5 business days shipping is included for shipments to international addresses.
