The Story Behind Babancu Chocolates
Updated: Oct 17, 2019

Sweet For My Sweet
Indulge into extreme lusciousness with a splash or art, the Babancu chocolates are inspired by the influence of modern artists such as Andy Warhol and Pablo Picasso as well as Miro, each with a unique design and flavour making them too alluring to taste.
Founder Lorena Rincon, an entrepreneur, urban planner and chocolatier began her business as a wholesale in Canada and then followed her dream to open a concept store that would be the home of her chocolates and other items that shared the same quality, taste and uniqueness. The universe arranged for this to take place in the beautiful city of Valletta in Malta.
Lorena is a believer in trying new things as Dr Seuss would say " If you never did, you should. These things are fun and fun is good." If you never try new things in life you will never discover what you love most. Deep down we all know life will be boring if we did not escape our comfort zone but this is just the little voice of fear in our heads. We can accomplish anything we truly believe in.
Be sweet, be bold, be driven, be life.
